1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to Zonspy.com. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and all of our software products, including our premium extension AMZ Sniper and our free extensions Redbubble Favorite, Redbubble Scraper Pro, and TeePublic Scraper Pro (collectively, the "Services"). The Services are a product of Zon Spy, developed by Rachid ("we," "us," "our").
By accessing our website, purchasing our software, or downloading, installing, or using any of our Services, you signify your agreement to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.
2. The Services
Our Services consist of a website and a suite of software tools provided as browser extensions. These tools are designed to assist e-commerce sellers with market research, data analysis, productivity, and automation on various third-party platforms. The features and functionalities of the Services are subject to change, modification, or discontinuation at our sole discretion.
3. Grant of License
A. Premium Product (AMZ Sniper):
Upon successful purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual lifetime license to install and use the AMZ Sniper service for your personal or internal business purposes.
Definition of "Lifetime": This license is valid for the entire commercial lifespan of the AMZ Sniper product. We commit to providing updates and support for as long as the product is actively maintained and sold.
Scope of Use: The license permits you to use the Service on computers and Chrome profiles that you personally own and control.
License Key: Your license key is confidential. Sharing, selling, or distributing your license key is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate license termination without a refund.
B. Free Products (Redbubble & TeePublic Tools):
For our free extensions, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use them for personal or internal business purposes. This license is granted at no cost and is valid for as long as we choose to make these Services available.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
The Services, including all names (Zonspy, AMZ Sniper), logos, branding, source code, features, designs, and all associated content, are the exclusive intellectual property of Rachid (Zon Spy) and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5. User Responsibilities and Restrictions
You agree to use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as the terms of service of any third-party platform (including but not limited to Amazon, Redbubble, and TeePublic) on which you use the tools. You explicitly agree not to:
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Services.
Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Services.
Use the Services for any illegal, fraudulent, or malicious activities, or in any way that could harm the Services or third-party platforms.
Share, rent, lease, sell, or sublicense your AMZ Sniper license key to any other party.
Use any automated system to access our Services in a manner that sends more request messages to our servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period.
Circumvent any technological protection measures we implement.
Violation of these restrictions may lead to immediate and irreversible termination of your license and access to our Services, without a refund.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
"AS IS" Basis: The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
No Guarantees of Accuracy: Data provided by our Services (including sales estimates, keyword data, BSR, etc.) are estimates for informational purposes only. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of this data. Your business decisions are your own, and we are not liable for any financial or other outcomes resulting from the use of our Services.
Third-Party Dependencies: The functionality of our Services may depend on the web structures of third-party platforms. We are not responsible for any disruption or loss of functionality resulting from changes made by these third parties.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Rachid (Zon Spy) be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Services.
7. Refund Policy
Our refund policy is detailed in a separate "Refund Policy" document. Please refer to it for specific terms regarding our refund guarantees for premium products.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
9. Governing Law
